I just wanted to drop a quick note to thank you for your service and to give a special thanque to both Peter, who always keeps the machine running and to Ralph who I met when he stopped by to install the vent in the garage - which seems to have been forgotten during the upgrade.  Ralph was kind, and quick, came on a moments notice because we had to leave town, and didn't even make a mess in installing the vent!  

...  and as for the garage!  It is now impossible to bake cookies in the garage thanks to Ralph.  The Air conditioner didn't seem to even notice the small breeze it had to give up to lower the garage temperature, but the garage sure did!  

The house is cool, and easily controllable, and the garage is not really a bad place to be.

Thanks again for your service and give Ralph my thanks and tell Peter I appreciate his efforts to get me sorted out while I was there.

We would like to take this opportunity to tell you what a great team of service people you have. We had a new AC system installed in our home on May 16, 2006 and the two gentlemen who came to do the installation were very professional & informative and very helpful in giving us information on improvements we could make when leaving our home over the summer months. We are new residents of Florida and don't know all the things that will help us. We found your people to really care about the service they gave us and worked hard throughout the day to complete our unit for us. Dear Dave,

 

On February 18 your company replaced our air conditioning system.  Willie was the installer with another gentleman, who, I'm sorry, I did not get his name.  Both were cordial, courteous and certainly knowledgeable. 

 

The new system was installed with a minimum of intrusion and mess plus they cleaned everything up afterwards. 

 

When there was a concern over the weekend, I called your office and actually spoke with a real live person...it was amazing.  Peter was helpful and courteous.  The first thing Monday morning the technician was back and resolved the small problem.

 

Just when we were ready to give up on Florida service companies your company has renewed our faith.  We're telling everyone to call you for their air conditioning needs.
